At Allegiance Turf, we stand by our craftsmanship, and the Allegiance Pledge ensures that your installation is covered against qualifying issues. If you experience an issue covered under our Lifetime Labor Warranty, follow these simple steps to submit a claim.
How to File a Claim:

2. Provide details about the issue, including clear photos and a brief description of the problem.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
4. If approved, we will schedule a repair or service appointment at no cost to you.

No problem! We also offer professional turf repair services at a discounted rate for our customers. If your claim is outside warranty coverage, we’ll provide a repair quote upon review.

Exclusions From Warranty:
The following are NOT covered under our warranty:
• Pet odors and damage caused by pets (digging, chewing, clawing).
• Weed growth due to natural environmental factors.
• Turf burn caused by reflective surfaces such as Low-E windows or mirrors.
• Damage from extreme weather conditions such as flooding, heavy storms, or natural
disasters.
• Settling or shifting due to underground utilities, tree roots, or natural ground movement.
• Staining or discoloration from hard water, irrigation overspray, or chemical misuse.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance, use of harsh chemicals, or heavy equipment.
• Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Allegiance Turf.
